As a member of the design team, we were tasked to help with Open Enrollment for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. This was by far the largest project got each year, creating and designing Targeted Message Sends (TMS) and Signups to ensure that those eligible will sign up by the Healthcare deadline each year. This project was viewed and received by over 14 million subscribers. Because of this, all messages were designed to be simple to read, responsive across desktop, mobile, and tablet, and follow Federal 508 Accessibility Compliance guidelines to ensure that messages and signups generate click-throughs and subscriptions.
